Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and must be returned within 31 days of despatch.
If you wish to return an item for a refund/replacement, send the items back to the below address. If you no longer have your invoice, please include an explanatory note quoting your order number and reason for return.
Refund/replacement will be processed within 10 working days.
