How to achieve a Permanent Platinum Blonde color? (Full instructions are provided in the pack)
Getting Started
• Start with dry, unwashed hair
• Cover your clothing with old towel/cape
• Wear protective gloves provided
• Keep your clock nearby to check development time
How to mix the hair dye
• Unscrew the cap of the developer cream bottle
• Unscrew the cap of the tube of color cream and pierce the tube with the reverse of the cap
• Squeeze the entire contents of the tube into the developer cream bottle, carefully
• Replace with nozzle and shake vigorously until both creams are thoroughly blended into a smooth, creamy consistency
• Remove the tip of the application nozzle and immediately start the application
How to apply the hair dye
• Start applying the mix at the roots. Use the application nozzle tip to work through hair to separate the hair section by section.
• Spread and apply the remaining product all over, making sure the hair is completely saturated and leave to develop for a total of 30 minutes
• Wearing gloves, work hair into a lather
• Rinse thoroughly with warm water, until water runs clear
• Wash with color safe shampoo
• Towel dry, and style as desired
• Smart Colour+plex already contains conditioning treatment, so you do not need to use additional conditioner
• For color longevity, we recommend using a color protect serum

• After coloring, wait for a full 72 hrs before shampooing
• Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner
• Turn down the water temperature when shampooing

How do I achieve the shade of blonde I want, and will it work on dark hair?
Black hair is level 1, light brown is level 6, and very light blonde is level 12. For our Smart Blonde+plex to give you the desired colour, platinum, ash, creamy or summer, you will need to start with a hair shade of level 8 or lighter, which is medium/dark blonde. If your hair is darker than level 8 your hair will still be lightened up to 4 levels, however, the colour tone will be less visible. In that instance, it is possible to use multi applications of this product to achieve the desired shade.
Which shade will suit me?
If you have grey or silver hair, then platinum and ash shades will blend beautifully. If you have thinning hair, then any of the 4 blonde shades will be perfect.
What is the development time?
The total development time is a maximum of 45 minutes, it is very important to start timing as soon as you apply the cream. Do not wait until you have finished applying before starting the timing. Each section of your hair needs different development times, for example, your roots need more development time as this is the newest hair.
